Refund & Returns Policy
We want you to love your Klara boots. If something is not right we will make it right.
Returns
If you are not happy with your order you have 14 days from the date you receive your package to request a return. To be eligible for a return your boots must be unworn, undamaged and in their original packaging. Items that show signs of wear or damage will not be accepted.
To start a return simply email us at support@tryklara.store with your order number and the reason for your return and we will guide you through the process.
Refunds
Once we receive your returned item we will inspect it and notify you by email. If your return is approved your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 5 to 10 business days. Please note that depending on your bank it may take a few additional days to show in your account.
Exchanges
If you ordered the wrong size or colour we are happy to exchange your item for you. Just contact us within 14 days of receiving your order and we will sort it out.
Damaged or Wrong Items
If you received a damaged item or the wrong product please contact us immediately with a photo of the item and your order number. We will send you a replacement or issue a full refund at no extra cost to you. This is our mistake and we will fix it quickly.
Non Returnable Items
Items that have been worn, damaged by the customer or returned outside of the 14 day window will not be eligible for a refund.
