Shipping Policy

We want to be completely transparent about how we ship so there are no surprises.

Processing Time

Once you place your order we begin processing it within 1 to 3 business days. You will receive a confirmation email as soon as your order is placed and a second email with your tracking link once it has been shipped.

Shipping Time

We offer free shipping on all orders worldwide. Delivery typically takes between 7 to 20 business days depending on your location. Please keep in mind that international orders may take a little longer due to customs processing. We know waiting can be frustrating and we appreciate your patience.

Tracking Your Order

Once your order has shipped you will receive a tracking link via email. You can use this link to follow your order every step of the way. If you have not received your tracking link within 5 business days of placing your order please contact us and we will look into it for you.

Customs & Duties

For international orders your package may be subject to customs fees or import duties depending on your country. These charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not something Klara controls or collects.

Lost or Delayed Packages

If your package appears lost or has not arrived within 25 business days please reach out to us at support@tryklara.store and we will do everything we can to resolve the situation for you.
