By placing an order with Klara you confirm that you are at least 18 years old and that the information you provide is accurate and complete. We reserve the right to cancel any order at any time if we suspect fraud or misuse.

Orders & Payment

All orders are subject to availability. We accept major credit and debit cards as well as other payment methods listed at checkout. Prices are displayed in USD and may change without notice. Once an order is placed and payment is confirmed we will begin processing it immediately.

Shipping

We offer free shipping on all orders. Delivery times vary depending on your location but typically range between 7 to 20 business days. We are not responsible for delays caused by customs or courier services outside of our control. A tracking link will be sent to you once your order has been dispatched.

Returns & Refunds

We want you to love your Klara boots. If for any reason you are not satisfied please contact us within 14 days of receiving your order. Items must be unworn, undamaged and in their original packaging to be eligible for a return. Refunds will be processed within 5 to 10 business days of us receiving the returned item.

Limitation of Liability

Klara is not liable for any indirect or consequential damages arising from the use of our products or website. Our liability is limited to the value of the order placed.
